About us

Overview

The Pa Chimassa Memorial Foundation (aka “PACMEF”)

is a charitable organization established in loving memory of Papa Chimasa Anthony and Mama Martina Ngwe Chimasa (1910 -2020) to galvanize hope for the underprivileged.  The Foundation was founded in 2014 as a platform for the continuation of Mr. Chimasa Anthony and Mrs. Martina N. Chimasa’s dream to help mankind. This couple had devoted their lives to helping others and their vision was to help the most under-privileged individuals of the community, focusing especially on helping women and children. Since this couple are now of blessed memory in the bosom of the Lord, the family took it upon themselves to pursue their philanthropic and humanitarian causes to turn their dreams into a reality.

With Pa Chimasa’s dream in mind, and the creed that all lives have equal value,

the founding members of PACMEF set their sights on the mission to galvanize hope and empower underprivileged individuals and communities through education, healing and hands-on training.

We aim to provide philanthropic assistance to local causes, individuals and groups advancing educational and humanitarian goals. PACMEF will contribute to reputable educational organizations, public charities, and individuals or families in need. These goals will highlight Mr. Chimasa’s and Mrs Chimasa’s love of life, achievements, and concern for the happiness of others.

Since its founding, PACMEF has helped orphans, supported underprivileged individuals, and carried out a vocational training session to empower women. At PACMEF we are committed to and embody our mission, vision and values in all that we do and in working together for the greatest impact with the aim to measurably improve the lives of and bring hope to the underprivileged across the globe. We hereby encourage all persons of goodwill to partner and/or support us in our endeavors, to permit us impact more and more lives, because living for others is a rule of nature. These and many more are the guiding principles on which we stand with the firm commitment to give in our all until there’s nothing left in us to offer to the vulnerable and underprivileged. Please help us to fulfil this dream by supporting our programs. Together with God’s blessing, we can make a difference in the lives of those most in need in our global society.
